Use page name as language URL

If you want to store "talking" identifiers in the URL instead of parameter ids (this can be better for search engines, for example), you can do this globally for all pages here. The page title is used as the basis.

Important: Once this has been done, the Speaking URLs can no longer be modified. This means that even if you subsequently modify one of the page titles, the Speaking URL will no longer be changeable. This is necessary to avoid creating a "page not found" error.
