Manage calendar

Creates a calendar with scroll function and detail display. The calendar can be filled and edited either via the backend or the frontend with backend link.

 
 

Manage calendar categories

If you would like to create completely new calendar categories, e.g. to be able to enter additional, independent calendars on the website, please use this area.

This function is available in the following packages:

Calendar categories overview

 

Name
The name of the calendar category. It is also displayed in various places on the website when special items are added (e.g. "Calendar entries by category").

Searchable
If the category can be used as a search category in the calendar search, this will be displayed here.

Name
Specify the name of the category.

Visible
Specify whether or not this category appears as a search criterion in the calendar search.

 
 

Delete calendar categories

 

To delete the category permanently, confirm the query.
Calendar entries assigned to this category are not deleted but assigned to the default category.

If you want to manage calendar entries or unlock entries from the special element "Calendar request", you can do this here.

Calendar enties overview

 

Name
The name of the calendar item is displayed on the website in the respective special items.

Searchable
Whether the calendar entry is visible or not is shown here.

Timeframe
Indicates the period in which the corresponding (START-UP) date takes place. This represents the start date for repeated dates.
The period in which the appointment is repeated is not displayed here; ONLY the first appointment is entered. (e.g. important for weekend appointments that start on Friday and end on Sunday, etc.)

Repetitions
If the appointment is recurring, how it is repeated is displayed here.

Example:
- Timeframe: 15.01.2014, 18:30h - 15.01.2014, 19:30h
- weakly repetitions (3x)

The entry then takes place on the following dates:
- 15.01.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (original)
- 22.01.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (1. repetition)
- 29.01.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (2. repetition)
- 05.02.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (3. repetition)

Create calendar entry / Edit calendar entry

 

Name
The name of the calendar item is displayed on the website in the respective special items.

appointment date known
You can also enter dates whose dates are not yet known or are to be displayed separately without a real date. Normally, however, the checkbox should be selected.

appointment start date and start time
Enter the start date of the appointment here. Repeated appointments here are ONLY the start of the first appointment, not the repetition period!

appointment end date and end time
Tragen Sie hier das Enddatum des Termins ein. Hier handelt es sich bei wiederholten Terminen NUR um das Ende des ersten Termins, nicht um den Wiederholungszeitraum!

Repeat mode and repeat count
If you want the appointment to be recurring, you can enter this here.

Example:
- Timeframe: 15.01.2014, 18:30h - 15.01.2014, 19:30h
- weekly repititions (3x)

The entry then takes place on the following dates:
- 15.01.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (original)
- 22.01.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (1. repitition)
- 29.01.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (2. repitition)
- 05.02.2014, 18:30h - 19:30h (3. repitition)

Description
Enter the detailed description of the appointment here. You can use the FastEditor for this and use different markups etc.. This text is displayed on the page in various places such as the calendar in the detail view.

Comment
This comment may contain additional information that is not displayed on the website. They may be useful for internal consultation.

Categories
Select here which calendar categories this appointment belongs to. For example, you can create several calendars on the website or use the special element "Calendar entries by category" to display only certain entries.

Visible
Enter here whether the appointment should be displayed on the website or not. If the appointment was entered via the special element "Calendar request", there is a third option "Not yet confirmed" which allows you to postpone the decision whether this appointment should be displayed or not.

 
 

Delete calendar entry

 

If you want to delete the calendar entry permanently, you can confirm the query, otherwise the calendar entry will not be deleted.
