Manage e-mails
Here you can store IMAP e-mail accounts and manage them together.
The idea behind this is to be able to view general e-mail addresses related to the website (e.g. kontaktformular@domain.de) together in one system.
Info: On most servers this only works with e-mail addresses whose domain is stored on this server. Third party addresses (gmx, web, etc.) can usually not be used!
This function is available in the following packages:

Overview
Here you can see your e-mail accounts. On the left side are the different accounts with corresponding folders.
On the right you can see the corresponding folder content (e-mails). You can write new e-mails directly via the form or reply to existing ones.
Add mailbox / Edit Mailbox
Enter the access data for the mail account here.
user name / E-mail
Enter your login name here (usually your e-mail address).
Password
Enter the password of the mail account here.
Mail server
Typically this should be the domain of your email account.
Only domains on the same server are supported!
Mail server port
For certain mail configurations, you must specify the port here.
Use SSL
Many mail servers today are configured in such a way that connections are only possible via SSL to increase security.
Since only email accounts on the same server are supported, this is not absolutely necessary, but is required by many configurations.
Max. connection approaches
you are not sure whether your account information is correct, set this value as low as possible, otherwise the system will take a long time to issue you with an error message. If the server has a bad connection, it is possible to reduce the number of disconnections by increasing this value.
Signature
You can use this to create a signature that is sent with your e-mails.
Usable by
Specify here whether other admin users can also use this e-mail account, or whether it is only available to you.
