Manage users
With the module "Manage users" you can define your own backend users and assign different rights to them. This module is therefore only necessary for web sites where it is necessary to quickly create new administrators yourself. This is normally not necessary for small and medium websites. Before you use this module, you should already know how to use wisy in order to assign the permissions in a meaningful way.

Name
Name of the user group.

Here you can see which button groups a user may use in FastEdit.

Name
Specify the name of the user group

If there are any additional comments to add.
Access to modul:
Specify which modules the user group is allowed to use. Move the mouse over the name or the checkbox to get further information about the authorization level as a tooltip.
Access to button groups:
Specify here which button groups the user group may use. Move the mouse over the name or the checkbox to get further information about the authorization level as a tooltip.
Access special elements:
Specify here which special elements a user group may use. Move the mouse over the name or the checkbox to get more information about the special element.
User is allowed to edit the content of the following pages:
Specify the pages on which a user of the group may insert and change content.
Duplicate user group
Confirm the prompt to duplicate an existing user group with its assigned permissions.
This will not affect the users assigned to the existing user group.
Otherwise, negate.
Manage Users
Name
The name, composed of the first and last name of the user.
Login name
The login name of the user. (Nickname, pseudonym)
Password
The password of the user.
Groups
Here you can see which user groups the user is assigned to.

Specify the user’s password.
Company / Organisation
Specify the user’s company.
Adminarea language
Specify which language the user should use in the backend.
You can currently choose between German and English.
Groups
Specify with groups the user is supposed to be assigned to. Groups manage Access to modules, FastEdit buttons, special elements etc. Move the mouse over the name or the checkbox to get further information about the authorization level as a ToolTip.
