Manage privacy

Here you can manage the automatic privacy policy. This privacy policy tries to adapt based on the corresponding functionalities used on the website. So if you use a special element that should be listed in the privacy policy, the corresponding passage will only become active when the element is actually included on the website.

This function is available in the following packages:

wisy base

wisy advanced

wisy pro

wisy expert

Important: If you include your own widgets, e.g. via HTML/PHP templates, the system will not be able to recognize them and you will have to store the corresponding passages in the privacy policy yourself / force them to be displayed here. All text passages suggested here are deposited to the best of our knowledge, however, no guarantee for completeness or legal responsibility for correctness can be assumed.

If you want to make changes please use the provided functions or set up a manual privacy policy.

Export personal data

Since the GDPR, upon request by a user (AFTER verifying the accuracy of the request and the authority of the user!), a website operator must hand over all personal data to the user within a reasonable time (usually within a few days).

This function helps to hand over the relevant data of a user by providing a search function that helps you to extract the relevant data.

Mainly, this is form submissions by the user, as other data is stored in the system only anonymously. Theoretically, exceptions can be address data in the "Manage addresses" module, which, however, have been stored manually.

To do this, specify one or more of the search options and have the data displayed in a list.
Some linked data cannot be output directly this way, but it helps to identify the correct data.

Important: The data displayed here is only data that the system can know directly. Data that is e.g. collected via a PHP preset or transmitted to other services outside this installation cannot be displayed/searched here!
